Jim Zwerg in video.

People outraged by Browder’s fake story about Jim Zwerg, the Freedom Rider, being his beaten lawyer, found this: Jim’s video interview as he recovered from the Alabama racists’ assault, almost 50 years before Browder’s fabrication.

Why does anyone believe crooked Browder? Oh, wait, the mainstream media has its own agenda. So it repeats the Browder hoax.

Jim Zwerg and Rep. John Lewis.

Here is Zwerg and Congressman John Lewis. They were on the same bus. Rep Lewis, are you aware of the Magnitsky fraud perpetrated by Browder? And his   lies about Jim being his beaten lawyer? Shouldn’t you deal with that?

And, by the way, if anyone is interested in my own connection to the civil rights movement, here are five pages about me in a book just published by a journalism professor at the University of Mississippi. About my time as editor of the Mississippi Free Press 1962-3.

Added in 2026, an email from Jim Zwerg explaining what happened as he was left unconscious and unattended for hours:

“While the white ambulance companies refused to take me to the hospital, the colored ambulance services were afraid to take me. It was Floyd Mann, head of the Alabama State Police who ultimately had one of his officers bring a car around. Floyd was in the car and, in addition to the driver, another officer sat in the back with me. I came to briefly and recognized white voices. I thought I was being taken somewhere to be lynched. The next time I woke up I was in the emergency area of the hospital. John Lewis and William Barbee were also there. Then, I didn’t wake up until the following morning.”

“I hope you’re doing well! My wife and I actively take part in No Kings demonstrations…still getting in “good trouble”. Peace!”
